Coming from the Atlanta area, take the Delk Road exit west (Dobbins ARB exit) off I-75 just north of I-285 in Marietta/Smyrna, and continue west on this road as it turns into South Cobb Drive, passing the large Lockheed-Martin Corporation facility on the left/south, and then turn left/south onto Atlanta Rd.

Do NOT take either exit off this road to Dobbins ARB, you may ONLY enter through the Clay National Guard Center gate, NOT either of the Dobbins ARB gates. This gate is off Atlanta Road west of the base itself, and south of the Atlanta Rd and Delk Rd/South Cobb Drive intersection.

Turn east under the railroad tracks onto George McMillan Drive off Atlanta Road, then turn immediately left onto Dixie Ave. This curves around to the CNGC Gate, once through the gate turn immediately turn left then immediately left again, and our building is on the right; there is a billeting facility next door with the same building number. It looks like a restaurant building, and has our sign right next to the front door.

IF you are directed to bring your school bus in through the DARB Gate 1, please follow these directions:

Coming from the Atlanta area, take the Delk Road exit west (Dobbins ARB exit) off I-75 just north of I-285 in Marietta/Smyrna, and take the first Cobb Pkwy/Hwy 41 exit, about a half-mile west of I-75. Turn left (south) onto Cobb Pkwy/Hwy 41, DARB Gate 1 will be on the right a block away. Once through the gate, look for a STARBASE personnel to guide you to the facility, which is on the other side of the entire base.

Drive straight ahead through the gate, this is Patrol Road, and follow this road as it eventually parallels and then loops around the end of the runway. This road appears to end next to a large hanger, turn left at that stop sign, then take the left fork a quarter mile ahead at the Clay National Guard Center sign, continue straight ahead through a 4-way stop, then take the very last right before exiting the Clay Gate, right next to a small building housing the DEERS CAC Office. Immediately turn left onto an unmarked road and stop, the building to the immediate right is STARBASE. It looks like a restaurant building, and has our sign right next to the front door.
